The Evolution of our Worldwide Alliance Partner Network

During our 37 years of consulting, we have identified and worked with many talented and thoughtful executives and consultants. We have maintained relationships with these individuals by continuing to serve as a sounding board for their concerns or questions, periodically providing the results of our research and lessons learned, and calling on them when their expertise might be helpful to others.

Our Alliance Partner network is comprised of highly experienced C-level corporate executives, partner-level consultants, and board members. Their competencies span the full scope of challenges our client executives may be facing. From our prior experiences with Alliance Partners, we are confident that they have confronted and successfully solved similar challenges in the past. Additionally, they remain current through actively managing their own businesses and consulting practices. This enables are Alliance Partners to provide analysis and recommendations in "real time" for our clients.

How We Work With Alliance Partners

Each engagement is unique in terms of our clients' needs, our response, and the consulting competencies and professionals involved. When necessary, we augment the expertise of our firm's consultants by engaging selected Alliance Partners. When our clients' talent resources are limited, and their success might be compromised by delay, we engage our Alliance Partners or we urge our clients to engage our Alliance Partners directly.

In addition, for many of our engagements we put together a Quality Review Panel, composed of Alliance Partners, to review the quality of our work plans and recommendations.
